If the hired candidate doesn’t work out within the agreed-upon guarantee period, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional cost and also provide support by working with you to understand what went wrong and refine the candidate profile if needed.
Our fees are tailored based on the type of position and hiring arrangement. We typically charge a percentage of the hired candidate’s annual salary, agreed upon before starting the recruitment process.
